Details: This Rose is one of the most surprising wines I've tasted. It is made from Tempranillo, ,which is unusual in the South of France, but Jeremie's Grandfather planted it 40 years ago, because the growing conditions were ideal. This blush Rose is produced by leaving the skins with the juice for just 40 Minutes, before draining it off, leaving no more skin contact, and then allowing it to ferment out to dryness. Just prior to bottling, Jeremie adds 5% of Grenache to it to give the wine some better structure and longevity. 'This Cheeky Pink' has been acclaimed by many who believe it is one of the best they have tasted. Simply great by itself.
