Details:The Domaine de Belle Mare is such a tiny estate, yet it produces some of the best small production wines in the area. The estate, better known for its Picpoul de Pinet, also produces small quantities of Merlot & Syrah. Details:This white Burgundy fitted the bill exactly for our needs and although not very well known, proved to be superb quality for the price. Geographically close to Pouilly, this wine showed all the qualities of more expensive white Burgundy, and not only did it show it's accurate structure, there was superb balance and taste as a bonus.
