Details:Domaine Santonilles, is a single vineyard located just 7 km from the Cave at St Nabor, and this is where the Castor family live. Surrounded by 6 different grape varieties, the vineyard mainly produces Grenache and Mourvedre. Details:This rich and powerful Merlot is made by Madame Lucile Delay, at Mazane in the Ventoux, under the watchful eye of Mount Ventoux. The Merlot is not an admissible grape variety for the Appelation of the Ventoux wines, and therefore cannot be included in any Ventoux Blend. Details:Viognier, is one of the more prestigious grapes varieties that grow in the Cotes du Rhone region. Furthermore, it is steeped in tradition as being one of the noble grapes of the area. These days not many producers can be bothered to grow Viognier as the yield is not so good, and it is costly to upkeep.
