Details: Cotes du Rhone Blanc is one of those rare wines that you do not come across often. Only 1 bottle in 4 produced in the Cotes du Rhone is white, which makes this special. Jeremie Castor, the grower, uses Grenache Blanc as the main grape, and mixes a little Roussanne and Ugni Blanc to give it structure. The wine has a flinty, mineral style, with lots of white stone fruit flavours, and a nice long finish. It is ideal for white meats or fish, seafood and all salads, and is even great just by itself, why not give it a try, you'll be well pleased!
