Details:This rich and powerful Merlot is made by Madame Lucile Delay, at Mazane in the Ventoux, under the watchful eye of Mount Ventoux. The Merlot is not an admissible grape variety for the Appelation of the Ventoux wines, and therefore cannot be included in any Ventoux Blend. Details:The Grenache and Syrah are the grapes responsible for this superb natural wine. The wine is aptly called 'Signature' and is their new Flagship Wine. Very reminiscent of a young Burgundy, it is full flavoured with robust fruit and a solid structure and finish.
